Fastpartner köper för 200 miljoner på Lidingö

Transaktioner Fastpartner köper fastigheten Västerbotten 19 vid brofästet på Lidingö för 200 miljoner kronor.

Den uthyrningsbara ytan uppgår till cirka 12 300 kvadratmeter och de årliga hyresintäkterna uppgår till cirka 18 miljoner kronor.

Fastigheten innehåller bostäder om 2 000 kvadratmeter, butiker om 7 200 kvadratmeter, kontor om 2 600 kvadratmeter och övrigt om 500 kvadratmeter.

Köpeskillingen uppgår till 202 miljoner kronor.

Fastpartner tillträder fastigheten, som är uthyrd till 95 procent, den 15 april 2015.

Inklusive Aga-fastigheten uppgår Fastpartners totala uthyrningsbara yta på Lidingö efter förvärvet till cirka 37 000 kvadratmeter.
